Use of CatTend on iPhone and iPad is subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add the details specific to CatTend and its subscription.
CatTend offers general cat-care information, suggested routines and reminders. It is not a substitute for advice, diagnosis or treatment from a veterinarian. Schedules for deworming, flea treatment, vaccines and weigh-ins are general guidance; follow your veterinarian's instructions for your cat. If your cat seems unwell or injured, contact a veterinarian or an emergency clinic.
Using CatTend requires an active CatTend Pro subscription. CatTend Pro is a one-month, automatically renewing subscription. New subscribers may be offered a 3-day free trial; eligibility is decided by Apple. The U.S. base price is US$7.99 per month. The actual localized price, billing period and any taxes are shown by the App Store before you confirm.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase or, with a free trial, when the trial ends. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Apple Account subscriptions or in CatTend › Settings › Manage subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore Purchases on the subscription screen or in Settings with the Apple Account that purchased it. Refund requests are handled by Apple through Report a Problem.
You keep ownership of the information, photos and videos you add. They are stored on your device and in your private iCloud as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping iCloud or device backups if you want to preserve them.
Updates may add, change or remove features and content. CatTend is provided as is, to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.
