Terms of Use

Updated: October 22, 2026 · CakeSim 1.0.1

About these terms

These terms cover CakeSim (Cake Decorate: CakeSim), provided by Lokman Şahin. Contact: lokman782782@gmail.com. On iOS, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.

Use of the game

You may use the game for personal entertainment on compatible devices, subject to the applicable App Store or Google Play terms. Do not misuse the game, interfere with other services or infringe others' rights. Rights to the game and third-party materials remain with their respective owners; applicable open-source licenses continue to apply.

Progress and virtual items

Tulips (the in-game currency), stars and decorations earned through play have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Progress is stored only on your device. Uninstalling, Reset progress, device loss or data corruption can remove it. The game has no cloud synchronization or cross-device recovery.

No Ads subscription

CakeSim is free with an optional "No Ads" auto-renewing yearly subscription. While it is active, full-screen and rewarded ads are removed and decorations that would otherwise require a rewarded video can be unlocked without one. The price and currency are shown in the app and in the store purchase sheet before you confirm.

• On iOS, payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for another year unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price then in effect.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

The Apple-specific billing and cancellation instructions above apply on iOS. Use Restore purchases in Settings or on the No Ads screen to restore an active subscription with the same Apple Account. Refunds and billing are handled by Apple under its terms and applicable consumer law.

Ads

The free version shows full-screen ads between cakes and offers optional rewarded videos. Rewarded videos require a network connection and available ads; the reward is granted after the video completes.

Availability and updates

Features, levels, decorations and device requirements may change in updates. We work to correct errors, but cannot guarantee continuous availability or compatibility with every device. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and support

Read the Privacy Policy and Support page. Changes to these terms will be posted here with a revised date.

Google Play subscriptions on Android

On Android, payment is charged to your Google Play account after you confirm the purchase. The optional No Ads plan renews yearly unless cancelled before renewal. The local price, billing period and any offer are shown by Google Play before purchase. Manage or cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues to the end of the paid period. Uninstalling the game does not cancel a subscription. Restore an active purchase in the game with the same Google Play account. Google Play handles billing and refunds under its terms and applicable consumer law. See Google Play subscription help.

On Android, in-app purchases are available only in the adult age band. Children, teens and players whose age is not stated can play and unlock game decorations through the free game; the purchase SDK is not started for them.
