About this release

CakeSim does not require a player account. Game progress and cake designs are stored on your device. The optional "No Ads" subscription uses Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your platform, and RevenueCat; ads are provided by Google AdMob. Game Center, iCloud synchronization and notifications are not used.

Data stored on your device

The game stores your level, stars, tulips (the in-game currency), unlocked decorations, the patterns in your pattern book, your last sponge flavour, number of cakes made, tutorial state, sound preference and the time the last full-screen ad was shown. It also stores images of the cakes you finish (glaze and photo) and a picture of each pattern in your pattern book so you can see and share them. These files are kept in the app's own data area and are not uploaded to a developer-operated server. Settings → Reset progress deletes them.

Diagnostics

CakeSim does not include its own analytics. Unity Analytics and Unity cloud crash reporting are disabled in this release. The game uses the Unity engine; see the Unity Privacy Policy. If you share crash reports with developers through iOS settings, Apple provides them under its own policy.

Ads, consent and tracking

The free version shows Google AdMob full-screen ads between cakes and offers optional rewarded videos to unlock decorations. Google and its partners may process IP addresses (including approximate location), device and advertising identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostic or performance data for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and other purposes described in the consent screen. Google UMP presents consent choices where required; ads are requested only when it allows. On iOS, the app then shows Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt; the advertising identifier (IDFA) is available to Google only if you allow tracking. You can change this in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and revisit available ad choices through Settings → Privacy options. Rejecting consent or tracking does not prevent gameplay. Purchase processing

Apple App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android processes payment; we do not receive your card details. RevenueCat processes purchase history, receipts or transaction identifiers, subscription status, an app-generated anonymous user identifier, and technical information needed to validate and restore purchases, prevent fraud and analyze purchase activity. It does not synchronize your game progress. Records may be retained for purchase restoration, fraud prevention and legal obligations. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy and Apple Privacy Policy.

Sharing and photos

When you tap Share, the game opens the system share sheet with the cake image. Only the destination you choose (for example Messages or Save Image) receives it, under its own terms. If you choose to save the image to Photos, iOS asks for add-only access; the game cannot read your photo library.

Support messages and this website

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and chosen attachments. We use them to answer your request and troubleshoot, retaining them only as needed for that purpose or applicable obligations. Do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal information. These pages are hosted on GitHub Pages, without advertising, analytics scripts, forms or tracking cookies added by us. The hosting provider may process technical access information, including IP addresses, to provide and secure the site. See the GitHub Privacy Statement.

Request deletion of CakeSim data

Email lokman782782@gmail.com with the subject “CakeSim data deletion”. Tell us whether you want support messages or purchase-service records deleted. For purchase records, include the store (Google Play or Apple), product name and approximate purchase date; we may ask for the order reference or the anonymous RevenueCat app user ID to locate the record. Do not send card details or passwords. We will confirm what we can locate and delete and explain any records that must be retained. Local cake images, progress and the saved age band can be removed immediately by clearing CakeSim app data in Android Settings; Settings → Reset progress clears game progress and images. Deleting data does not cancel a Google Play or Apple subscription.

Support messages and related attachments can be deleted on request. We can request deletion of identifiable RevenueCat customer records that we can locate. Google Play, Apple and Google AdMob control their own billing, advertising and security records; use their privacy controls for those records. Purchase records needed for restoration, fraud prevention or a legal obligation may be retained for the period required for that purpose; there is no single additional retention period for all providers. We will explain any applicable exception in our response.

Retention, deletion and your rights

Local progress remains until you reset it or the app's data is removed; uninstalling may remove it. Device backups can remain according to operating-system settings. Google (including Google Play), RevenueCat and Apple retain service data under their own policies. For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests concerning information you sent us, email lokman782782@gmail.com. Rights under applicable privacy law, including KVKK and GDPR where applicable, are not limited by this policy. We do not sell information you send to support.

Children and changes

CakeSim is a general-audience game. It does not ask players for names, email addresses, contacts or precise location. Parents should supervise children using ad-supported features or purchases. If a child has sent personal information through support, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate. Changes to data practices will be reflected here with a revised date. This policy covers CakeSim only, not other games on appterms.site.

Android and Google Play

On Android, Google AdMob may process the app set ID and other permitted device identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic/performance information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. The Android advertising-ID permission is removed from this Android release, so CakeSim does not request access to the Android advertising ID. Google UMP handles available consent choices; the game does not request precise location, contacts or access to your photo library. Google Play processes payments and RevenueCat validates purchase tokens, purchase history, subscription status and an anonymous app user ID. SDK data is encrypted in transit. Android sharing uses the system share sheet and sends the cake image only to the destination you choose. There is no in-game account to create or delete. You can reset local progress in Settings, clear app data in Android settings, and email us for requests about service data; records needed for purchase restoration, fraud prevention or legal obligations may be retained. Age choices on Android

Before advertising or purchase SDKs start, Android players see a neutral age screen. The entered number is discarded; only a broad age band (child, teen, adult or not stated) is kept on the device. It is not sent to us, Google or RevenueCat. Players under 18 and players who prefer not to state their age receive child-directed, non-personalized AdMob requests with a G content limit and publisher first-party IDs disabled. The game does not initialize RevenueCat or offer purchases to these players. Adult players can use the optional No Ads subscription. These settings do not prevent normal gameplay. To remove the saved age band, clear the app data in Android settings; this also removes local game progress.

Seviye, yıldız, lale (oyun içi para birimi), açılan süslemeler, desen defterinizdeki desenler, son seçtiğiniz kek aroması, yapılan pasta sayısı, öğretici durumu, ses tercihi ve son tam ekran reklamın gösterildiği zaman yerel tutulur. Bitirdiğiniz pastaların görselleri (sır ve fotoğraf) ile desen defterinizdeki her desenin resmi de görüntüleyip paylaşabilmeniz için saklanır. Bu dosyalar uygulamanın veri alanındadır ve geliştiricinin işlettiği bir sunucuya yüklenmez. Ayarlar → İlerlemeyi sıfırla bunları siler.

Tanılama

CakeSim kendi analitik aracını içermez. Bu sürümde Unity Analytics ve Unity bulut hata raporlaması kapalıdır. Oyun Unity motorunu kullanır; Unity Gizlilik Politikası geçerlidir. iOS ayarlarından geliştiricilerle hata raporu paylaşmayı seçerseniz bunları Apple kendi politikasına göre iletir.

Reklamlar, izin ve takip

Ücretsiz sürüm pastalar arasında Google AdMob tam ekran reklamları gösterir ve süslemelerin kilidini açmak için isteğe bağlı ödüllü videolar sunar. Google ve iş ortakları reklam sunumu, ölçüm, dolandırıcılığı önleme ve izin ekranında açıklanan diğer amaçlarla IP adresini (yaklaşık konum dahil), cihaz ve reklam kimliklerini, reklam etkileşimlerini, tanılama ve performans verilerini işleyebilir. Google UMP gereken bölgelerde izin seçeneklerini gösterir; reklam yalnızca izin verildiğinde istenir. iOS'ta ardından Apple'ın Uygulama İzleme Şeffaflığı (ATT) izni sorulur; reklam kimliği (IDFA) yalnızca takibe izin verirseniz Google'a açılır. Ödemeyi iOS'ta Apple App Store, Android'de Google Play işler; kart bilgilerinizi almayız. RevenueCat satın alma geçmişi, makbuz veya işlem kimlikleri, abonelik durumu, uygulamanın ürettiği anonim kullanıcı kimliği ve satın almaları doğrulama, geri yükleme, dolandırıcılığı önleme ve satın alma etkinliğini analiz etme için gerekli teknik bilgileri işler. Oyun ilerlemesini eşitlemez. Kayıtlar geri yükleme, dolandırıcılığı önleme ve yasal yükümlülükler için tutulabilir. RevenueCat Gizlilik Politikası ve Apple Gizlilik Politikası geçerlidir.

Paylaşım ve fotoğraflar

Paylaş'a dokunduğunuzda pasta görseliyle sistem paylaşım menüsü açılır. Görseli yalnızca seçtiğiniz hedef (örneğin Mesajlar veya Görüntüyü Kaydet) alır; o hizmetin koşulları geçerlidir. Görseli Fotoğraflar'a kaydetmeyi seçerseniz iOS yalnızca ekleme izni ister; oyun fotoğraf arşivinizi okuyamaz.

Destek yazışmaları ve bu site

Bize e-posta gönderirseniz e-posta adresinizi, iletinizi ve seçtiğiniz ekleri alırız. Bunları isteğinizi yanıtlamak ve sorun gidermek için, yalnızca bu amaç veya geçerli yükümlülükler için gerektiği sürece tutarız. Şifre, ödeme bilgisi veya gereksiz kişisel bilgi göndermeyin. CakeSim veri silme talebi

lokman782782@gmail.com adresine “CakeSim veri silme” konusuyla yazın. Destek mesajlarının mı, satın alma hizmeti kayıtlarının mı silinmesini istediğinizi belirtin. Satın alma kayıtları için mağazayı (Google Play veya Apple), ürün adını ve yaklaşık satın alma tarihini ekleyin; kaydı bulmak için sipariş referansını veya anonim RevenueCat uygulama kullanıcı kimliğini isteyebiliriz. Kart bilgisi veya parola göndermeyin. Bulabildiğimiz ve silebildiğimiz verileri ve saklanması gereken kayıtları yanıtımızda açıklarız. Yerel pasta görselleri, ilerleme ve kaydedilen yaş grubu Android Ayarlar bölümünden CakeSim uygulama verileri temizlenerek hemen kaldırılabilir. Oyundaki Ayarlar → İlerlemeyi sıfırla, ilerlemeyi ve görselleri temizler. Veri silmek Google Play veya Apple aboneliğini iptal etmez.

Destek mesajları ve ekleri talep üzerine silinebilir. Bulabildiğimiz RevenueCat müşteri kayıtları için silme işlemi talep edebiliriz. Google Play, Apple ve Google AdMob kendi ödeme, reklam ve güvenlik kayıtlarını yönetir; bu kayıtlar için ilgili sağlayıcının gizlilik kontrollerini kullanın. Geri yükleme, dolandırıcılığı önleme veya yasal yükümlülük için gerekli satın alma kayıtları ilgili amacın gerektirdiği süre boyunca saklanabilir; tüm sağlayıcılar için tek bir ek saklama süresi yoktur. Bu politika yalnızca CakeSim içindir; appterms.site üzerindeki diğer oyunları kapsamaz.

Android ve Google Play

Android sürümünde Google AdMob reklam, analitik ve dolandırıcılığı önleme amacıyla uygulama kümesi kimliği ve izin verilen diğer cihaz kimliklerini, IP adresinden elde edilen yaklaşık konumu, uygulama ve reklam etkileşimlerini, tanılama ve performans bilgilerini işleyebilir. Bu Android sürümünde reklam kimliği izni kaldırılmıştır; CakeSim Android reklam kimliğine erişim istemez. Android yaş seçimi

Reklam veya satın alma SDK’ları başlamadan önce Android oyuncularına tarafsız bir yaş ekranı gösterilir. Girilen sayı tutulmaz; cihazda yalnızca geniş yaş grubu (çocuk, genç, yetişkin veya belirtilmemiş) saklanır. Bu grup bize, Google’a veya RevenueCat’e gönderilmez. 18 yaş altı ve yaşını belirtmeyen oyuncularda G içerik sınırıyla çocuklara yönelik, kişiselleştirilmemiş AdMob reklam istekleri kullanılır ve yayıncı birinci taraf kimlikleri kapatılır. Bu oyuncularda RevenueCat başlatılmaz ve satın alma sunulmaz. Yetişkin oyuncular isteğe bağlı Reklamsız aboneliğini kullanabilir. Bu ayarlar normal oynanışı engellemez. Kaydedilen yaş grubunu silmek için Android ayarlarından uygulama verilerini temizleyebilirsiniz; bu işlem yerel oyun ilerlemesini de kaldırır.
