About these terms
These terms cover IceSim (IceSim: Ice Cream Cooking Game), provided by Lokman Şahin. Contact: lokman782782@gmail.com. On iOS, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. Android distribution and purchases are subject to the applicable Google Play terms.
Use of the game
You may use the game for personal entertainment on compatible devices, subject to applicable App Store or Google Play terms. Do not misuse the game, interfere with other services or infringe others' rights. Rights to the game and third-party materials remain with their respective owners; applicable open-source licenses continue to apply.
Progress and virtual items
Coins, stars, cones, tips upgrades, pantry items and daily wheel rewards earned through play have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money. Progress is stored only on your device. Uninstalling, device loss or data corruption can remove it. The game has no cloud synchronization or cross-device recovery.
Remove Ads purchase
IceSim is free to play. The optional "Remove Ads" item is a one-time, non-consumable purchase, not a subscription. After purchase, full-screen ads are no longer shown on devices signed in with the same store account on that platform (Apple Account on iOS or Google Account on Android). It does not unlock levels, coins or other game content. The price and currency are shown in the app and in the store purchase sheet before you confirm, and payment is charged to your selected store payment method at confirmation.
Use Restore Purchases on the Remove Ads screen (Settings → Remove Ads) to restore the purchase on a new or reinstalled device with the same store account on that platform (Apple Account on iOS or Google Account on Android). Refunds and billing are handled by the relevant store under its terms and applicable consumer law. A purchase does not automatically transfer between iOS and Android.
Ads
The free version shows full-screen ads when you return to the home screen after a level. Ads may depend on your network connection, consent choices and ad availability; the game remains playable offline.
Availability and updates
Features, levels, flavors, cones and device requirements may change in updates. We work to correct errors, but cannot guarantee continuous availability or compatibility with every device. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and support
Read the Privacy Policy and Support page. Changes to these terms will be posted here with a revised date.

Bu koşullar Lokman Şahin tarafından sunulan IceSim (IceSim: Dondurma Yemek Oyunu) içindir. İletişim: lokman782782@gmail.com. iOS’ta uygulamanın kullanımına Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de uygulanır. Android dağıtımı ve satın almaları için geçerli Google Play koşulları uygulanır.
Oyunun kullanımı
Oyunu uyumlu cihazlarda kişisel eğlence amacıyla ve geçerli App Store veya Google Play koşullarına uygun kullanabilirsiniz. Oyunu kötüye kullanmayın, diğer hizmetlere müdahale etmeyin veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal etmeyin. Oyun ve üçüncü taraf içerik hakları ilgili sahiplerine aittir; geçerli açık kaynak lisansları uygulanmaya devam eder.
İlerleme ve sanal içerikler
Oynayarak kazanılan coin, yıldız, külah, bahşiş yükseltmeleri, kiler malzemeleri ve günlük çark ödüllerinin nakit değeri yoktur; satın alınamaz, satılamaz veya paraya çevrilemez. İlerleme yalnızca cihazınızda tutulur. Oyunun silinmesi, cihaz kaybı veya veri bozulması ilerlemeyi kaldırabilir. Bulut eşitlemesi ve cihazlar arası kurtarma yoktur.
Reklamları Kaldır satın alması
IceSim ücretsiz oynanır. İsteğe bağlı "Reklamları Kaldır" ürünü abonelik değil, tek seferlik ve kalıcı bir satın almadır. Satın aldıktan sonra aynı platformdaki mağaza hesabıyla (iOS’ta Apple Hesabı, Android’de Google Hesabı) oturum açılmış cihazlarda tam ekran reklamlar gösterilmez. Seviye, coin veya başka oyun içeriği açmaz. Fiyat ve para birimi onaydan önce uygulamada ve mağazanın satın alma ekranında gösterilir; ödeme onay anında seçtiğiniz mağaza ödeme yönteminden alınır.
Satın almayı aynı platformdaki mağaza hesabıyla (iOS’ta Apple Hesabı, Android’de Google Hesabı) yeni veya yeniden kurulmuş bir cihazda geri yüklemek için Reklamları Kaldır ekranındaki (Ayarlar → Reklamları Kaldır) Satın Alımları Geri Yükle seçeneğini kullanın. Faturalama ve iadeler ilgili mağazanın koşulları ve geçerli tüketici hukuku kapsamında o mağaza tarafından yürütülür. Satın alma iOS ile Android arasında otomatik aktarılmaz.
Reklamlar
Ücretsiz sürüm, bir seviyeden sonra ana ekrana dönerken tam ekran reklam gösterir. Reklamlar internet bağlantısına, izin tercihlerinize ve reklam bulunmasına bağlıdır; oyun internetsiz de oynanabilir.
Erişim ve güncellemeler
Özellikler, seviyeler, tatlar, külahlar ve cihaz gereksinimleri güncellemelerle değişebilir. Hataları düzeltmek için çalışırız; kesintisiz erişim ve her cihazla uyumluluk garanti edilemez. Zorunlu tüketici hakları ve kanunen sınırlandırılamayan sorumluluklar korunur.

Gizlilik Politikası ve Destek sayfası'nı inceleyin. Koşullar değiştiğinde bu sayfa ve tarihi güncellenir.
